Nervous System Reset is an 8-week winter–spring restoration series designed to help your body soften out of long-held survival patterns. Using yin yoga, guided meditation, and sound healing, we move slowly and intentionally through the body — working from the ground up to restore a sense of safety, support, and ease. This is not about fixing or forcing regulation, but about listening to the nervous system and giving it the conditions it needs to unwind. The work is rooted in anatomy and embodied awareness, with gentle influence from the chakra system, allowing tension, emotion, and vigilance to release in their own time.
